We are seeking a remodeling carpenter to join our team.
What we are looking for and how you can help
We are seeking a skilled, experienced remodeler to join our team. The majority of our work is residential bathroom, kitchen and basement remodeling.
A clean and presentable appearance is very important to us and a minimum of three years in relevant construction is required.
The ideal candidate will have experience in general carpentry, tile setting, flooring, painting, some minor drywall and miscellaneous problem-solving inherent with remodeling. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, hard-working and an excellent communicator. Strong attention to detail is a must.
A few other important details:
- Valid drivers license, with clean driving record required.
- Must provide common hand tools – all other tools and work van will be provided by the company.
- Drug test and background check required.
- This is a full-time, year-round position (not a sub-contractor).
- Compensation starts at $20-25/hr with opportunity for growth within the company.
- After 90 days, vacation accrual, paid holidays IRA match and supplemental insurance.

Nate Bahm started Nate’s Custom Renovations with the thought that it was time to make a positive change to the remodeling industry. To build a professional business that would change the public’s negative perception of contractors, if not in general, at least in our little corner of the world.
