"We had moved from Kansas and it was without hesitation that I called the phone number on the side of the van advertising, “Nate’s Custom Renovations”. I was determined to meet this contractor after seeing his signs posted at homes in neighborhoods we had surveyed for a home to purchase. Nate is professional yet easy to work with. He listens. Nate has professional ideas but will incorporate your own suggestions. He is helpful. Bids are precise, and Nate will stay at bid unless the customer makes changes. Nate is reasonably priced for high quality work. The job is completed in a timely manner. You are not left in a mess wondering where your contractor is! We are so pleased with our bathroom and basement remodeling by Nate. We would do it all over again if needed. Instead we have future projects we plan to hire “Nate’s Custom Renovations” for."

'The key to surviving a major bath or kitchen remodel is finding a professional contractor who can visualize your ideas and design a plan that meets all your needs. We were so happy with the way our master bathroom remodel turned out, we didn’t even hesitate to call Nate when it came time to remodel our kitchen. Nate was great at working with us on design changes and making sure we stayed within our budget. Once we had a proposal, and agreed on a plan we were free to choose the materials from any retail source. This allowed us to get the “most bang for our buck”. We even came in $400 under the bid for our kitchen! Nate took care of all the details, allowing us to relax thru the whole remodeling process. The employees were neat and tidy; they cleaned up every day, as much as possible. It was a totally enjoyable experience! We had a problem with our wood flooring, long after the install, and Nate promptly came out and replaced it all, under warranty, no questions asked. We proudly recommend him to all of our friends."
Nate Bahm, owner of Nate’s Custom Renovations, has been selected by REMODELING magazine to join the REMODELING Big50. The Big50 awards will be presented at a gala dinner at the Remodelers Summit and Awards Gala on Oct 25-27 in Kansas City, Mo. The 2016 Big50 winners are featured in the May issue of REMODELING, a national trade publication read by more than 130,000 professional remodeling contractors, with longer profiles of the winners posted on the REMODELING website, remodelingmag.com.
Each year since 1986, the REMODELING Big50 inducts 50 owners of remodeling companies that have set exceptionally high standards for professionalism and integrity through exemplary business practices, craftsmanship, and impact in their community or the industry at large. Big50 remodelers run successful, often growing, companies of various sizes that have taken the lead in raising industry standards.
The Big50 selection process has become increasingly rigorous in recent years, and the result, REMODELING editors believe, is one of the strongest classes to date. “Uniting the 2016 inductees are high standards and a determination to excel – taking the opportunity to build efficiencies into their systems and processes – ensuring that they are poised to meet their sales, production, and customer-service goals and continue to thrive,” according to REMODELING.

At our first meeting we will have the opportunity to “get to know one another.” I want to listen to your needs, desires and expectations and I want you to feel comfortable in asking me questions as well.
We give you a solid start and finish date for your renovation. We make sure that all materials are ordered well in advance of the project start date, so we don’t have any down time waiting for items to arrive – everything is already there.
3% of estimated cost ($1000 minimum) is the deposit.
If you decide to move forward with us on your Lincoln home remodeling project, we will apply the cost of the design retainer towards your final invoice.
