What we are looking for and how you can help:
We are seeking a skilled, experienced remodeler to join our team. The majority of our work is residential bathroom, kitchen and basement remodeling.
A clean and presentable appearance is very important to us and a minimum of three years in relevant construction is required.
The ideal candidate will have experience in general carpentry, tile setting, flooring, painting, some minor drywall and miscellaneous problem-solving inherent with remodeling. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, hard-working and an excellent communicator. Strong attention to detail is a must. The right person will move into a lead position after just 90 days of training.
A few other important details:
Must have a valid drivers license, with clean driving record. Must provide common hand tools – all other tools and work van will be provided by the company. Drug test and background check will be required.
This is a full-time, year-round position, not a sub-contractor. Compensation will start at $17/hr. for 90 day training period. After 90 days, wage will be based on performance and skills observed. $20+/hr. is definitely possible for the right person.
Two weeks of vacation starts accumulating after 90 days. Holidays also paid after 90 days.
