Design, labor, materials, flooring, countertops and fixtures are included in the estimates above; appliances are NOT included.  Assumes a complete gut and remodel.

Basic: Includes Builder Grade Basic Fixtures & Cabinets.  All Walls, appliances and fixtures remain in the same spot.  Countertops include entry level granite.

Mid: Includes upgraded plumbing fixtures, cabinet upgrades such as full overlay doors, & full extension, soft close drawers.  Countertops may be quartz or granite with decorative backsplash.  It may include some minor wall modifications or moving of appliances.

High: Includes higher-end countertops, cabinetry, and plumbing fixtures. It may include reframing of load bearing walls.
