Pricing can vary greatly on a project-by-project basis, largely depending on your budget and the finish materials chosen. During our initial discussion, we’ll tell you what ideas will work and what won’t.

Design, labor, materials, flooring, countertops and fixtures are included in the estimates above; appliances are NOT included. Assumes a complete gut and remodel.
Basic: Includes Builder Grade Basic Fixtures & Cabinets. All Walls, appliances and fixtures remain in the same spot. Countertops include entry level granite.
Mid: Includes upgraded plumbing fixtures, cabinet upgrades such as full overlay doors, & full extension, soft close drawers. Countertops may be quartz or granite with decorative backsplash. It may include some minor wall modifications or moving of appliances.
High: Includes higher-end countertops, cabinetry, and plumbing fixtures. It may include reframing of load bearing walls.

Doing a large remodel project can be a pretty big decision to make, but it can be the best way to get exactly the home you want. It’s tough to estimate the cost of your room addition or whole house remodel with so many factors to consider. Depending on square footage, building materials, and personal preferences, we may need some help from an architect or engineer.
